OILSEEDS PLATFORM® is built as a layered coordination architecture, not as a single monolithic system.

Each layer serves a clearly defined role and audience, while remaining structurally integrated into a unified analytical ecosystem.

This architecture allows the platform to scale geographically and functionally without role overlap, conflicts of interest, or dilution of purpose.

It contains no registration forms, transactional tools, or operational data collection.

Regional platforms operate as continental coordination hubs, translating global analytical frameworks into regulatory, industrial and market-specific contexts.

Their role includes:

  • aggregation of regional oilseeds production and processing logic;
  • analysis of industrial capacity within shared regulatory zones;
  • alignment between agricultural production, crushing capacity and downstream demand;
  • cross-border coordination within integrated markets (e.g. the European Union).

These layers contextualize global intelligence without interfering in national operations.

3. National Coordination Platforms (.md, .ro, .pl, .de, .fr, etc.)

National platforms function as operational coordination interfaces adapted to local agricultural, industrial and regulatory conditions.

They are designed for:

  • voluntary producer participation;
  • mapping of oilseeds production structures;
  • integration of crop-rotation logic;
  • structural analysis of regional processing and logistics;
  • sector coordination without commercial obligation.

National platforms operate independently at the operational level, while feeding structured, aggregated data into higher analytical layers.

This structure ensures:

What OILSEEDS PLATFORM® Is Not

OILSEEDS PLATFORM® is explicitly not:

  • a trading platform;
  • a marketplace;
  • a brokerage or intermediary;
  • a contract aggregation system;
  • a price-setting mechanism.

The platform intentionally avoids transactional roles in order to preserve neutrality, credibility and institutional trust.

Data Philosophy

OILSEEDS PLATFORM® operates exclusively on:

  • aggregated and voluntarily provided data;
  • anonymised structural indicators;
  • crop-rotation and system-level analysis;

No individual participant data is commercialised, resold or used for competitive advantage.

Governance & Administration

OILSEEDS PLATFORM® is developed and administered within TF HOLDING S.R.L.

It is not a separate legal entity and does not enter into contractual or commercial relationships on behalf of participants.

Strategic development is guided by the following principles:
